Absolute Contamination will be competing against other finalists for a Watty Award under the following 2 categories:
- Horror
- Most Imaginative Setting

Update 28 Nov. 201

Hey everyone!

Just a small update to let you know that I’ll be posting the next chapter of Sixteen Moons either tonight or tomorrow after class. I’m working on it as we speak, but because I’ve been reading too much the last couple of days, work for uni has just piled up. It’s my own fault though, so if I still haven’t replied to your messages, know that I’ll get to it as soon as I can.

So yes, the Watty Awards are coming to an end, or at least, the first round is (Nov. 30^th) and it would be totally amazing if you could show your support for my entries – if you haven’t already. This is my first year in the Watty Awards and all the support is truly appreciated.

Update 20 Oct. 201

Here’s another small update on what’s been happening, or what’s going to happen soon.

I’d like to start by thanking all my new fans, I’m really glad that you liked what I wrote so far and I hope you continue to like what I’ll write in the future. 

To everyone who has read Absolute Contamination, I added a small question at the beginning of the very first part (here). Basically, I was curious as to how you found out about Absolute Contamination. Did you find it by accident, did someone recommend it to you, etc… So, if you still remember, it would be great if you wanted to share that with me. 

November is getting closer and closer, which means that soon I’ll start posting Sixteen Moons. I have no specific date yet, but I do know that it’ll be before Nov.30th 

I have started a contest as well, and the winner will get his/her poem featured at the beginning of Sixteen Moons. You can find more info here: http://www.wattpad.com/2417509

Oh, and I’m also going to translate Absolute Contamination to Dutch so don’t worry when I upload something that isn’t written in English. The translated version will be pretty much the same as the English version. Any changes that I make will later get changed in the original version as well.

Update on what I've been up to

Hello everyone!

I hope you’re all doing great and that (unlike me) you’ve been able to read some great stories lately. As it is, I still haven’t had the time to catch up on my reading, so if I still haven’t read your story, you’ll have to be patient for a little while longer. Then, writing, I’ve been writing very little these past few weeks but that should be changing soon - within the next 2 weeks or so, when my exams are over.

I’m still aiming to start posting 16 Moons sometime near the end of October/November, but in the meanwhile you can already find the cover and synopsis on my blog (http://thedepthsofanemptymind.blogspot.com/p/my-works.html) and starting soon, I’ll be posting teasers on there as well.

Next, originally I planned to work on some ‘special treat’ to celebrate Absolute Contamination passing the 100 000 reads mark, but seeing as this is so close (about 99 000 reads at the moment) and lack of time to work on it, I’ve decided to wait for some other milestone. I haven’t decided yet which one it’ll be, so if you have any ideas, feel free to share them with me. I’ve been considering 150 000 reads or maybe at 2000 votes, … I’m open to suggestions :)

Lastly, I wanted to let you know where you can find me, talk to me, even stalk me (I don’t mind that, as long as you don’t start camping outside my window and do other creepy stuff like that)
